مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية المجتمع عدن في ضوء الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر الطلبة
Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية المجتمع عدن في ضوء الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظر الطلبة، واستخدمت استبانة مكونة من(50) فقرة، لأربعة مجالات رئيسة هي:(الصفات الشخصية، والتخطيط للتدريس، وتنفيذ التدريس، والتقويم والتغذية الراجعة)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(158) طالبًا وطالبة من طلبة برنامج بكالوريوس معلم تقني، اختيرت بالطريقة القصدية، وبعد تطبيق الاستبانة، عُولجت البيانات إحصائيًا باستخدام برنامج(spss)، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الأداء الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية المجتمع عدن من وجهة نظر الطلبة كانت عالية جدًا في مجال الصفات الشخصية، وعالية لبقية المجالات، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وقد قُدِّمت عددٌ من التوصيات في ضوء نتائج الدراسة.
